An aspirant told our correspondent that they sent him an Email and below is an excerpt:
“I am pleased to inform you that you have been offered a provisional admission to pursue a course of study leading to award of a B.Eng degree in Civil Engineering Technology of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri for the 2015/2016 session.
